    RTAA

    Has anyone had a problem with a rtaa100 when in ice making , have a unit when in ice making , every 3 or 4 days temp will drop to 20 deg and cut unit off on ice making complete, just had control tech to set up trends on pumps, valves, just wondering if anyone has had a problem like this. I have allot more details , but just wondering if anyone has had an issue like this, [of course this happens a night when no one is there]

    i suggest testing the evap temp sensors, both in and out. Replace as a pair.

    perhaps the setpoint is set to 20? if you want good answers, you have to give good info.

    Factory default cut out on a RTAA for low refrigerant temp is 22 degrees. I assume you're running glycol.

    Perhaps that machine needs to be reconfigured.
