Has anyone had a problem with a rtaa100 when in ice making , have a unit when in ice making , every 3 or 4 days temp will drop to 20 deg and cut unit off on ice making complete, just had control tech to set up trends on pumps, valves, just wondering if anyone has had a problem like this. I have allot more details , but just wondering if anyone has had an issue like this, [of course this happens a night when no one is there]
