    Very cool recipe & cooking website

    Website I discovered a month ago - the guy is like Alton Brown, does a great job explaining the science behind cooking techniques.

    Try his Peruvian grilled chicken with green sauce.

    I love this site! Thanks a lot for the recommendation. I haven't tried making the Peruvian grilled chicken yet, but I made the kale caesar salad and it was an amazing recipe!
