    I can see those cops just blasting away with their heads turned back over their shoulders and their other arm up trying to protect their faces from the gunmans bullets.

    while I think the police had every right to fire at this guy, I can't for the life of me figure out how they also managed to injure 9 innocent bystanders. That is not acceptable. Yet the world will be up in arms if we kill 2 innocent bystanders fighting a war in a third world country. I know none of those none were actually killed but that's just luck.
