Every commission based shop I have ever heard of are all crooks. No insult intended just a fact. They sell people crap they don't need BecAuse they will make more if they do. I have heard it before " i don't do that". Well if it comes down to it it and you need an extra 200 bucks to pay your mortgage I bet you rip people off. Here lies the problem. Commission based shops create a bad rep for the rest of us. This is not a sales job. We fix stuff and should be paid on our competence not how many uv lights and surge protectors you can convince some shmuck to buy. Reminds me of a guy I knew he quit a merit based shop cuse he didn't wanna sell. When he do he asked the owner " how do you sleep at night" owners response " with a fat belly" f?-/:$$ crook.
