No prices and I'm being a little piquey here but I doubt the company is going to reclaim the refrigerant. And if he did reclaim it, he would not be putting in new refrigerant. I believe he meant they would RECOVER the old refrigerant and replace it with new, virgin R-22. There are limited companies that reclaim refrigerant and the ones that do in the field are usually working on industrial size equipment where the refrigerant volumes are in the hundreds of pounds for one system, typically there being more than one system on one property. That slip of the keyboard is minor but could also be indicative of other misunderstandings of the industry.
FWIW, when I see someone stating they "Reclaim" refrigerant and in the same document say they're installing Goodman equipment, I get nervous. Just sayin'.If YOU want change, YOU have to first change.
If you are waiting for the 'other guy' to change first, just remember, you're the 'other guy's' other guy. To continue to expect real change when you keep acting the same way as always, is folly. Won't happen. Real change will only happen when a majority of the people change the way they vote!
