    Obama: Chicago great example

    http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/...at_649896.html

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-19376491

Obama praised his adopted city, where he lived before becoming president of the United States. "Chicago is an example of what makes this country great," Obama said.

This should probably be a poll, because we have only three choices here. Stupid. Liar. Stupid liar. Not in my lifetime, will I ever visit Chicago, I cannot fathom the violence and crime there. Obamaland.

Why wouldn't he say that? Its the "pay to play" capital of the world. Fits the guy's mentality to a tee. In other words, for once, he is being straight with the folks. What's the gripe?

Dallas Crime index 4. Chicago Crime index 6 Dallas 7.66 Violent Crimes per 1,000. Chicago 10.54 Violent Crimes per 1,000. This is per FBI Statistics 2010. Don't ask me why 2011 aren't availible yet. Both cities crime rates are falling, along with the national averages. FBI admits that comparing one cities crime rate to another is pretty much worthless, due to reporting differences and how the cities are divided up. I'm sure there are plenty of places in either city I wouldn't want to be in, day or night.

I agree Dallas is also a hell-hole. My point was, Obama is prancing around declaring Chicago as some sort of a model for the nation. NOT!!!

Obama has pretty much been open about his marxism and socialism and corrupt politics. He is a liar, but he exposes himself rather easily.

I am thinking Obama is less of a problem than the people who voted for him. We may get rid of Obama, but those people will still be there....

I believe the majority of those who bought into the Hope Change hooplah of 2008 are not gonna fall for it again, maybe with another dem candidate but not with Obama. They just want their change back

Marxism, socialism and communism are all wildly different ideologies. With so many daft opinions floating around this site it's hard to keep track of which Obama supports!
Does it change with the days of the week, or the moon phases???
I'm a libertarian, but you jeebus fearing GOP supporters are hard to track!!

Those ideologies are actually quite closely related. The common denominator you are looking for is the childish concept of 'sharing'.

I think every one agrees the hope-change slogan is basically a dead squirrel already.
