    Looks like the line side wiring is undersized, in the pic it appears to be 10ga wire. Should have been at least 6ga wire going to that terminal block.

    That's what they call a single phase conversion. Attach the green wire to the terminal block and it becomes 3 phase.

    There's a mess in the bottom left of the screen I cant make heads or tails of and it looks like one or more wires have the insulation tucked under the screw.

    its 208 volts and the tap on the transformer is at 230

    i was also seeing the insulation under the screw

    Not sure if the middle leg got pushed in all the way. And why are there jelly fish swimming just below the terminal block?

    10 ton 208/230 v 3 Phase Trane gas Pack. The Green wire is used as a HOT Leg of Power. And There is not a proper Ground to this unit. To top it off this is located on the "Former City Hall" Where the Inspectors office was at the time of install 10 years ago.

    Inspectors are NOT about safety, they are about an easy income... Actually, to a degree they seem to have an entitlement mentality (like everyone else on the govt dole... payroll or non-working).
