    I had a camera and took a pic of everyone and told them to walk around the display area while I prepared their free photos.

    Hey Boyd is easier to talk with than most tech/reps. I've met. He doesn't use the (we haven't had a problem with that ) like most do. If he knows there is a problem, he will tell you.
