Brian Parsley provided some great inspirational comments related to customer service:
"Consider it done" should be a key phrase when it comes to customer service.
"Comfort destroys progress."
Write down what you want your business to be; what are the key attributes that will take you there. Then, take action!
"People 'should' all over themselves." (I shoulda done this, I shoulda done that.)
"Don't let the groove become a rut, and the rut become a grave. When the rut becomes a grave, you're dead."
