    Another one joins the forum

I am a preventive maintenance supervisor for light commercial applications for the company that I work for and I am heading up a training department for techs who want to get into the trade but need hands on experience. I have a decent amount of experience with HVAC/R and Ice machines but I also want to get into some of the hot side service work.

I mainly wanted to joined this forum to use as a reference and to get advice on expanding the training program with the company that I work for.

Feel free to point me in a direction you think might be helpful. Thanks everyone!

    Welcome here!

The best advice I can think of is to get your post count to 15 and apply for pro membership. You will find all the answers you want ( and maybe some you don't ) in the pro forums.
