It's cold up there, you mean it's cold up there? I have to leave the warm balmy breezes, only to be assaulted by the cold? It's un-American to have to drink beer out in the cold. Can I bring my blanky?

I knew you eskimos had an evil plan.

If all 3 convention days are like today I will be happy.

This morning it was 38 when I left for work. Steam was coming off my swimming pool. Now the AC is running in my office. It is sunny and 75.

This is great beer drinking weather. You certainly wouldn't want to roast weenies on a campfire if it was 85 with 80 % RH.

My brother was up from Florida for Labor Day. He was all bundled up like an Eskimo. Everyone else was in T-shirts and shorts.

Remember what they taught you in school. Temperature is relative.

    Summer weather is for beer.

Winter weather is for the hard stuff.

But sis and I went shopping over the weekend so I picked me up a couple of sweaters just in case.

Mine is already planning to buy a sweat shirt there. I have given her the local temps. too. She cruises the convention forum daily now.

You should only worry if she wants you to buy her a Bennington Monument...

There was a little bit of frost on the shop roof this morning. Now it is about 75F.

This is good. It will get the leaves all purty for ya.

To heck with the leaves, just make sure the beer's cold.
Not here for a long time, just a good time
