Bad allergy need help on how to reduce
Mold is high on allergen count
What is the best way to help reduce that indoor?
Also mountain cedar is around the corner. When that is high, I usually suffer the most
How can I reduce that.
Will UV help with mold allergen?

What are you currently doing to clean the air? Is it an older home, fresh air intake on the duct work or an energy recovery ventilation system? UV light alone probably won't fix the problem. For severe cases it usually takes a combination of better filtration both on the air handler and on fresh air intake, UV and ozone light, and if mold is the issue possiblely dehumidifier. It's kinda hard to make recommendations from the other side of the country not knowing what exactly the whole picture is, might do well to get a consultation from your favorite local HVAC tech. Good luck any more questions just ask.

Air seal the house, 4-5" media filter, run low fan 24/7, run house positive pressure...
Which makes more sense to you?
CONSERVATION - turning your thermostat back and being uncomfortable. Maybe saving 5-10%
ENERGY EFFICIENCY - leaving your thermostat where everyone is comfortable. Saving 30-70%
DO THE NUMBERS! Step on a HOMESCALE.
What is comfort? Well, it AIN'T just TEMPERATURE!
