uncased evaporator coil differences

hi ya'all,
have a coil question. Just bought 2 double wides for rental property and having bids for new HP systems. Are uncased evaporator coils the same as the manufactured housing "shelf coils".
The reason I ask is I have 3 bids, 2 say uncased coils and the other says manufactured shelf coil. I did try to research but am lost to the difference.

No difference they are all Uncased and slide on top of electric furnace and blower onto a "shelf"

Ask them if they can make a sheet metal filter rack as most mobils have a poor filter set up and the coils are always dirty
