Fieldpiece Wireless
For those of you looking at the SMAN4, I had a chance to do a review and demonstration of the Fieldpiece wireless transmitters and receivers. These are the same transmitters and internal receiver that will be in the SMAN4. Pretty cool technology.

The wireless range is impressive. I haven't use any of the fieldpiece heads.
How do they compare to stand alone meters?
Is there going to be a HS37? (wireless)

I found a new favorite use for my wireless. Using the superheat/subcool head on the transmitter. Deep inside a 90 ton Trane Ipak in the large blower compartment with door shut, head lamp on, and dialing in a new TXV I just installed.
Keep up the good work Fieldpiece!

I want a wireless setup, for real time return WB temperature readings while I'm at the outdoor unit, but I'd want at least 2 or 3 of the ARH5 psychometer heads, and a transmitter for each one.
Most of my residential maintenance customers have 2 or 3 systems. If more government is the answer, then it's a really stupid question.
