    If a five ton wont cool it i would work on the home untill it will. If you have a five ton and large enough duct work to flow 2000 cfm i would bet it would cool it. Also not all five tons are equal some only have 52 or 53000 btu get one thas has the full 60000 btu and a AHRI sheet will give rated efficiency and rated btu make sure you get it and all numbers match
