Chiming in since this is obviously not a "Technical" thread (if I may). I'm in the industry but not a tech by any means; I just know an awful lot about warranty work and ESA's. I once got a warning for accidentally posting in AOP because the HO was asking specifically about one of our warranty products. Lesson learned!

I know I don't qualify for pro membership so now I just watch what forum I'm on! Simple enough.
