Last year we had a York NM024C00A1AAA1 installed on our home and had all new duct work ran for it. Since we installed it, we had problems with the balancing of the air. We had someone come out and balance the system, however the air doesn't seem that cold that is blowing out. Also, the room fartherest away from the heat pump still is quite a bit warmer than any room in the house even if we close of vents. The gentleman that came placed dampers on some of the vents to help regulate the flow of the air to the far end of the house. Any other ideas that I should have someone look at for me? My home doesn't get cold, it just stays comfortable in some rooms and on hot days the far end is pretty warm.
