Those bearings are fine!
Another case of lack of caring. These bearing have been written up that they need to be replaced for some time now. The property managers seem to feel that if it's still working, it doesn't need attention.
I do three kinds of work.
1 - Good - 2 - Fast - 3 - Cheap

that is a normal sound. those are the SKF Grind-O-Matic bearings!

And then when it does fly apart, they act like they have never been informed of the issues, want it fixed RIGHT NOW, and don't want to pay anything because "you were just out here last month".

It will get expensive when they lock up. No grease is bad, switching between Graphite (black) and better quality lithium, and synthetic also helps kill them.
Once that shaft gets ruined, you are in for it. Give that account to the new guy, asap!
