SMAN3 Problems

Good morning Russell'
I ordered some warranty parts from you several weeks ago and haven't received the parts yet.
I am the one that the hook broke off on. I ordered the wrong part first and got it,but when I saw my mistake and ordered the right part it never came.
Since then my Hi side knob has broken again and so has another clamp and the holder for the clamp on the left side wobbles and I can't tighten it.
I like my SMAN3 but some of the plastic leaves something to be desired.
PS I do not abuse my tools.

i have had 2 hooks and am now using a piece of coat hanger twisted through the barrel on the back and made a hook at the end. The hook keeps pulling out of the barrel. I am on my second set of clamps. So far so good. The clamp holders are still fine. I use mine everyday over a year. Testo 550 and Digi cool hanging as spares.

When mine fell off I just stuck it back through the barrel and made a blob on the end with a torch. Aint no way it's ever falling out now.

I use many FP meters, but their gauges...........Well
