I ordered some warranty parts from you several weeks ago and haven't received the parts yet.
I am the one that the hook broke off on. I ordered the wrong part first and got it,but when I saw my mistake and ordered the right part it never came.
Since then my Hi side knob has broken again and so has another clamp and the holder for the clamp on the left side wobbles and I can't tighten it.
I like my SMAN3 but some of the plastic leaves something to be desired.
PS I do not abuse my tools.
