What's wrong with his tool case? Dad carried one like that for years.....It's a Veto bag with a metal case....jeesh....

The man seems to think a lot of himself too, lots of pictures of himself as he holds the camera at arms length.

I do a lot of work an hour and a half away from a parts house that even knows what a recovery tank is, much less has one in stock. While I have what I need in the way of tanks if I ever get in a pinch this little trick might come in handy.

Nowadays, machines are good, and reasonably priced....and most supply houses have plenty of "real" recovery bottles at reasonable prices as well....but go back about 15 years, and it was a joke....stupid money for junk.....so, some of us found ways to get by.
I remember those days John. Things have come a long way.

The guy is a complete tool. Its like painting your car with a brush and taking pics for your awesome new car painting business. I wouldn't hire him to pick up dog $#!+ in my yard. Fact.

There is no reason you cant just find a leak, and fix it without the "Fix-a-Flat" of HVAC. The guy is probably undercutting everybody in the area and making more work for them. Its so hard to go behind a hack. HO: "Thats 5x what the last guy charged me!" ME: "Why did you call me a week later?"

I'm jealous. I'm jealous of his awesome recovery machine and that fancy tool bag he'd got. I've half a mind to pm him asking where I can get me some.
