    No air flow.

    Rich apartment in NY, customer complain - no air flow.
    Two 18000 Btu unit , no heater, no panel for close opening and no insulation on front cover on unit.
    Almost 50% air circulation inside in a/h. Mold, drain problem, all time coil freezes, compressor already been
    replaced several times.

    Next time you change the pump, suggest an updated wallpaper pattern. Those dandilions are so 1980.
