Went to a call today. Bad dual cap. Swapped it out, and started it up. I started going through the rest of the system, just to check for any other issues, and noticed no filter in filter grill. So i ask "how long has it been running without a filter?" Response, "about a week".........
Not the dirtiest ive ever seen. Just always cracks me up when customers say things like that

Must have used one of those new, environmentally friendly disintegrating filters--time to put a new one in when it disappears. Keeps the landfill from filling up.
