Would it be OK to use foam here?

Hi all,

I caught a mouse inside my home and was looking to seal openings outside.
Looks like where my line set, power and control line is coming out has a big gap. It goes up about 4 inches
behind the deck board as well. I also feel cold air coming out around the opening!

Would expanding foam be OK to apply here? I have some duct seal compound as well, it looks like that may be hard to work with in there.

I see an extra pad, the cut lines and old mounts for a service disconnect as well. Living in a condo, I guess the unit below me
originally had their condensing unit next to mine before relocating it to the back of the home.

I appreciate any advice. I will call a pro if need be. Thanks!

There appears to be a cut electrical line there, hopefully It's not live, usually I'll use hydraulic cement on large holes in a masonry foundation, and electrical insulation putty on the small ones.
Expanding foam will work, might not look too pretty though.

I'd want to get that high voltage wiring in conduit before sealing the hole. Your electrician will take care of it,give him a call.

Foam fill will work well. Once it expands excess can be pealed off
