There's gotta be a point where it's not driveable anymore!
Saw this being used as a commuter van. How bad does this thing have to get to be considered scrap?

MTO and the COPS would be all over that. It shouldn't be on the road. I can't believe all these heeps on the road in NJ

That is in good shape compared to what is permitted on the roads in Ohio.
I've seen trucks roar past me with fenders flapping in the breeze.
It can be truly frightening at times.
