    This unit just had a PM!!

    And nothing was quoted except a few shorted to ground compressors. It was the first time anyone from my outfit was on site here & it was obvious that heat rejection was a major issue. i tend to run my hands over everything as i know many of you do & immediately noticed this .. How it was missed is beyond me. I believe 9 of 13 were this bad. I found so much wrong on this inspection i don't think it's all been addressed yet and it was 2 months ago.

    Believe it or not the in house guy was all for it because for a long time they had issues with things. Can't say i know the response from those who actually sign the checks lol

    It's obvious these coils weren't ever split. The discharge temps were through the roof .... I had 3-10 ton circuit severe burn outs, 1 header restriction, few flat systems to name some of the issues. One thing i didn't understand is why they were so focused on getting this building switched over to EMS including brand new VFDs in all units before addressing/spending on the major problems.
