    Where do you go to get a quote on health insurance? Whom do you like to use?

    What are the rates for a guy my age? (53)

    Is the one we use. 41 year old male plus daughter is about $400/mo.

    It will depend on what kind-of coverage you want. In terms of benefits, deductables, perscription coverage and that kind-of thing. Obviously the better deal you want out of your insurance the more you are going to pay.

    I know that many small businesses are really struggling to keep up with the rise in health care costs.

    find a good employer - they will give you health insurance

    Oh okay. Try Unicare, Aetna, BC/BS. other than that, get on the internet.

    hey whats up brother thank you for you r words to my thread ... I happen to be a christian myself and its nice to meet somone who worships the same lord i do.... i studied the hvac&r field at my tech school in 2005 and now just trying get experience and at the same time tryin to support my family... the tough thing is that in the hvac field they start you off at a low wage, and i cant afford that right now. so domestic appliances is getting me experience and the right money hopefully i can slide into commercial refrigeration or hvac or both by doing this. is my approach correct?
