Upon looking at those pics again, there is way too much WRONG with that setup. Trying to troubleshoot economisers, drain lines need a syphon break, disconnects not accessible, coil cleaning (yeah, right!), etc., etc., etc. I see a chain and a truck in their future!!!

I sure hope an OSHA rep doesn't drive by, if he does, he would run off the road into the weeds. Then he would empty a new pad of violations.

Hey! Quit knocking them. Didn't you notice the heavy duty safety chains on the wooden platform accesses? I think that this will be the norm for future installs! They were obviously concerned about the inevitable extreme water level rise caused by climate change - Duh!
I'm on my way with lawn chairs and my iphone to get video of the poor slob(s) that get to service these mistakes.

Just got word today, I have to go meet with a steel fabricator this week at this site. We got the store AND they are gonna build catwalks to our specifications ! We suggested placing the units on the ground but, it was too "cost prohibitive" Go figure !
