I like HVAC Buddy. I can enter in info as I get it, don't have to worry about remembering it. And when I get the system dialed in, I can email it to myself, then copy/paste it to the invoice.

Got some cool apps for York products for Liberties and CCE dealers. Snap a pic of the bar code and auto register. Also can pull up when it was installed, by who, and warranty left on unit.
