What's odd is your low lo side!! If the indoor metering device was bypassing you would think your low side would be higher!!

I just looked at Carriers troubleshooting chart for this model. It points towards LOW CHARGE
for low suction pressure. Or dirty filters,dampers partly closed,duct restricted,indoor coil frosted,liquid line restricted,piston restricted,indoor coil screen restricted.
