So i go on a no cool call. the customer says that company A said the unit was installed facing the sun and that is why the head pressures are so high. Therfore they duct taped fry boxes to the top of unit to deflect the sun. Never mind that there was 50 degree rise on the condenser as it was impacted. jeez. gotta love mom and pop ops.

I think they meant to say they are "night-only" units and only work when the sun has set. Or maybe these units dont work outside.

Did the same nitwits install that condenser fan motor with the reversing wires out in the open like that?
If more government is the answer, then it's a really stupid question.
