    Another tasty cuber

Had the joy of going on a service call recently for an ice machine drain issue. Cleared the line which looked like a chunk of flab flew out when i pressurized it. Anyway couldn't help but notice the obvious . . . I was told this gets cleaned on a routine basis. . Let's see if they want it done when the higher ups see the quote

and yet, no one at our shop can figure out why I don't get ice.
"Better tell the sandman to stay away, because we're gonna be workin on this one all night."

"Dude, you need more than 2 wires to a condenser to run a 2 stage heatpump."

    "Just get it done son."

The world needs more Marvin Zindlers.

When I was working in Houston, the worst thing a restaurant could do was get busted for having slime in the ice machine, because that would virtually guarantee making it on Marvin Zindler's "Friday Night Restaurant Report".
If more government is the answer, then it's a really stupid question.

Routine basis, like once a decade?!?!?!?

That is precisely why I don't get ice in my drinks.

    Nasty

Yea after working on a few and seeing pictures on the net I have stopped getting ice in my drink. The other day Hardees forgot to not add ice and I could taste that junk in my drink. Something I found out is that 90- 95% of food illness is ice machine related.

if the ice machine looks like this, why does anyone think the drink dispenser is any different?

I know I can taste the crap sometimes and I do not hesitate to tell the staff and anyone standing there as I do.
