    I feel your pain

    I have had bar customers install an under-counter ice machine on bricks to make the pitch for the drain.

    When you have to pull it out, you have to go inch by inch, making sure none of the legs drop off.

    If you take 2 4x4 or 6x6 stubs and drill pockets for the legs, you can easily pull a piece out in that situation.
    Experience is what you have an hour after you need it.

    Based on what the floor and wall looks like, I don't think I'd want to eat there. The refrigerator is just a bonus. I can guess what the inside of that looks like.

    New customer, local high end restaurant chain that has been poorly maintained. Our shop was on a trial basis for the last 9 months with 6 locations. New upper management is spending money to get their stores back in order. As of today we got the remaining 16 restaurants. Should be busy for awhile.
