I got a call on sunday about a recent install several hours out of town. The system is condensing on the outside of the plenum and on the lowside of the lineset so much that it is pooling on the floor and seeping under the wall. I am looking for possible causes/solutions to prep myself because it is so far away. Anyone got any suggestions?

Has the suction line and plenum been insulated?

If the home is <45%RH inside after a couple hour run, increase your fan speed a little. This will warm the air in the ducts a little and reduce condenstion. If %RH in the 50% area, overinsulate the ducts/suction with more insulation. Make sure good vapor barrier on the outside of the insulation to prevent moisture infiltration.
Regards TBBear Rules: Keep our home <50% RH summer, controls mites/mold and very comfortable.
Provide 60-100 cfm of fresh air when occupied to purge indoor pollutants and keep window dry during cold weather. T-stat setup/setback +8 hrs. saves energy
Use +Merv 10 air filter. -Don't forget the "Golden Rule"

If this is in a basement you may have very high humidity down there. It's probably quite cool too which only adds to the problem. A dehumidifier maybe. Also cutting in a low return or two in the basement helps in many ways. Air flow, dehumidification, and warming in winter by giving that cold a place to go.
