I've been a 'lurker' here for quite some time and finally decided to get off my butt and join!

Great site, I've learned plenty here.

I sell residential a/c systems, furnaces, boilers, etc., for a regional home improvement company. Don't do installs or service calls. Used to work at a distributor, but just behind the counter stuff.
