hi humidity when compressor is in off cycle

I found out that the ac was orginally to supply a large server room and a engineer decided to use it in a small office application instead! Its a single stage dx cooling unit and i double checked for water in the drain pan but everything checks out good. I decided that im going to try and duct the excess air to an unconditioned hallway first and go from there! Thanks everyone for all the help!

You could look into fitting the unit with an aftermarket Hot Gas Bypass system. This will allow the compressor to run longer and better match capacity.
