compressor problems
Semi hermetic with two evaporators at 30 suction 300 highside so taking freon at those readings evaporators are blowing at 48 degrees

Super heat ? subcooling ?
Temp split across evaporater ?
Evaporaters have solenoid vavles on the liquid lines before the TXVs ?
Sounds like you have unit problems not compressor problems.
Possibly a restriction in air flow or even refrigerant.

As per the previous post, it's extremely difficult to diagnos a problem with zero information.
I will say this: A compressor operating at 300 psi discharge pressure has quite a reduced capacity compared to a compressor operating at normal discharge pressure at its design condition.

Next time post less information?

You didn't even state the refrigerant.
Your pressures could be seen as almost normal, if you had 404a, for instance.
