    I lost york ISN Hardlock.

    What is the york part number to order a new ISN software with USB access key to replace it?

    Hardlock? Are you talking about the dongle for York ISN Facility Manager?

    You will have to call johnson controls for the part number on this. They havent sold these Obsys dongles in quite a while and barely still support it. They are available however through the sis department at jci. I ran into a similar issue a while back and got pricing. Your going to be looking at around 2k for a replacement.
