Not sure what you mean by "DOL"...please spell it out
The fan motor...is it connected to a motor master 5 or in other terms a small variable frequency drive?
Does this have comfort link controls ?
If the fan is connected to a vfd or MM5 the controls supply an output to ramp the fan(s) up or down ... In test mode these fans won't necessarily run at full speed.
I wish I could help but need more info...mikeacman

The fan motors are controlled by the Fan Board. You shouldn't need any extra boards to make them run. If you are trying to test the fans operation in the test mode, and you have a VFD, then there are two imputs in the test mode. Pick the fan you want to test then turn in on. Then scroll down to the first setting below the fans, and imput your fan speed for the VFD. I'm not sure what you mean by DOL either.

You should be able to go into test and use the VAR_A command to ramp the fan up.
