    Yes the T-stat is by somethings that generate heat. Should it be moved?

    Have your teh pull up the last 5 error codes. that should point him in the right direction of whats wrong.

    Moving whatever is causing the false indication of load would be preferable.

    Your stat should be in close proximatey to your return filter grille.
