    looks like a great place to store some Bum Pee. The smell of a big city first thing on a warm morning is something most of us will never forget.

    Sheesh!!! Does the owner really want that fresh, city sidewalk air coming in? I'd like to see what the filters looked like (or maybe not), bet they weren't much better than your before pics. Were you wearing your haz-mat suit and chain-mail gloves while cleaning up that slop? Good place for needles, condoms, and other goodies.
