FX Lon

I have a site that has FX60 with NXP-FSC-01 lon controllers.
One of the controllers died and we replaced it.
I tried to discover the new device but the FX would not discover it.
I connected to the lon network and tried to perform a replace device
with JCI LN builder but it keeps failing.

Anyone have info or documents on how to replace this device
with the FX60?

Try going to the Lon Utilities manager if that is an option in the FX and select command "Identify" and subcommand "Service Pin". Then hit the service pin on the device and see if it shows up. If it does, go back to the Lon Device manager and see if you can perform a replace on it.
