I hope to never change the coil of fan motor. But I do have a saw all.
Hey the safety pan is full of water. Lets drill a hole, to drain. It will only leak through 3 stories.
Just patch it with duct tape, it will hold till it leaks again.

A lot of what I see around here a/h or conderser set in a manner where it is impossible to service it...
