Working on a Scotsman SCE-275. Was making small cubes. Leveled unit, turned off it's twin next to it that was dumping in 115F air into the condenser, plugged in disconnected sensors to control. Error codes are now gone and sucking in 88F air, filter and condenser clean as a whistle. Still making small cubes. Checked float and appears to be working, hot gas isn't leaking, neither is water valve. High side at times was hitting 400psi and suction pressures higher than specs throughout cycle. Seems as though it's working properly through the cycles. Can't figure this damm thing out. Evap freezes pretty uniformly but has some major flaking. Any suggestion would be greatly. I haven't worked on many ice machines. Thanks
