I wouldn't make the distribution to all politicians yet but with the Court's decision on campaign funding the day has come that w/o corporate funds no one can afford to run for office.
Who was it, Rockefeller maybe, who said "The business of America is business." To the working stiff this can be misinterpreted to seem like what's good for business is good for me. It just that many corporations have a much broader and far reaching idea of what "business" incompasses. It's easier to be above the law when you create the law.
We've seen corporates create wars in other countries to insure friendly governments for their companies, use our military to protect their private assets, involvement in assassinations and use every politician available to convince us that it's all in our best interests.
When was the last time we had a righteous war?

If unions who have been contributing to and manipulating the political process for decades can donate to campaign then so can corporations.

Difference being Unions ruined entire geographic areas in terms of jobs and economies.

Corporations might actually build them back up.

And before you start in with the outsourcing rhetoric remwmber Obama sent 29 billion of the stimulus over seas and out sourced NASA to the Russians.

When business is BIG, Americans work and the economy grows. When government is BIG, Americans work and the economy goes to hell. So yes, the business of America is business. Without private sector business, we cannot survive as a free enterprise country, and the more Socialist we become as the public sector continues to expand and/or feed private sector that mostly feeds off of government funding (think all of the environmentalist leeches that claim that ozone is a toxin and CO2 is deadly) the faster we decline, just as every other country that has gone Socialist has declined into either a fascist dictatorship or oblivion.

But was not the decision to take out the space shuttle done way before Obama was president. Has the man not done enough harm that you could throw at him rather than blaming NASA on him? Speaking of, so how has the space station helped man out so far?

It's an American thing. Canadians are just now realizing that Americans actually walked on the moon.

    Nice try....

Yes Bush 2 did away with the space shuttle to make room for NASAs new Constellation program which was going to build a new vehicle for manned space flight, return to the moon and for return to the space station.

Lockheed Martin got the Contract to build the new vehicle and then Obama cut funding.

No more Constellation and now we're hitching rides with the soviets.

Or as the libz say "outsourcing".

You think we're picking on Obama but in all reality he's just a horrible President.

It's what happens when stupid people vote. They get what they deserve I suppose but the problem is the other half of our Country who has some common sense is suffering because of their stupidity.

That hurts their feelings Robo, be nice.

And I thought you guys were mad about him spending money. I bet if you asked him nicely, he will borrow another couple of billion to get the program going again.

Nice rocks. How many did you get?

No hurt feelings, it was a good thing getting to the moon. But don't you think private business would not be better at it rather than government?

It's really a big contradiction....they only want to spend money if it makes sense to them...which would be buying jacked up 4 wheel drive trucks and lots of rope to pull the gays behind....printing more bibles....and giving guns to four year old children...

By the way...the whole thing about God and guns...isn't that a little contradictory in itself....I mean one says thou shall not kill....and one says I was made to kill....

Oh yeah and American beer sucks...but most of the people here think beer is SUPPOSED to taste like piss...don't drink it if the mountains aren't blue....

Just food for thought...nothing meant by any of this....just wish we had quality in mind instead of quantity....ya know if it doesn't spray 650 rounds per minute or doesn't have 30 12oz cans of piss inside...we don't want it brother man.

I think I've gotten a lot out in this post...I feel better...you may have the floor good sir.

Can't be hurting their feelings too much since it took 30 years after Russians and Americans first went into space before Canada even developed a space agency. The nine Canadian astronauts have all had to hitch rides with Russian and American spacecraft.

I hate having to post this sort of stuff for all Canadians to have to put up with when only a few Canadians just refuse to stop insulting the U.S. and Americans all of the time. So there.....
