I hate these replacements.
But they turn out ok most of the time.
Got rid of an old lowboy and a 1964 sears condenser. No pics outside, I didn't feel like going back around to take a pic.
No the flue is not crooked and yes the plenum is sweating like a mofo. Had the door to the outside open with a squirrel cage blowing air around.
Old concrete ring from the coal furnace years ago on the floor.

Very nice. I see you took the time to place a pvc pad underneath the furnace... Not a lot of people will do that. Thats not an insulated plenum I take it.... Its always nice to see good quality work... thx for sharing..
(I think that water heater should be on a stand though...)

Yeah nice job. Put a note on the condenser so the next guy doesnt add a drier outside and leave the indoor one. Tempstar is a nice Carrier/Sigler alternative.

Sharp install, like the a/c pad under the furnace, been using blocks we set our L.P. Tanks on under the furnaces here since we have a lot of these blocks. Setting a good example for us to follow, last change out I did was in a mobile home, didnt take any pics, not much to see a furnace in a closet!

Excellent work, my boss would cry if I didn't seal every joint.
