I can only speak for the market we work in -- but PremierLink has been abandoned. The new EMS company is Gridpoint -- great to work with when you do get their roll out.

Thanks, I took an after hour call to WG the other day, took care of the problem but want to check with EMS to make sure there was no more issues, store staff didn't know and the broker that placed the service call refused to provide the info, I thought it was weird, I assumed it was Carrier cause the PremierLink controls.

IT IS A COMMON THING on these machines to have dust on the contactor plunger. You will have 24+ volts at the coil and just a light touch on the plunger while it is calling will allow it to pull all the way in. Cleaner will not work.

Replace the contactors with ones with dust guards and completely seal the entire terminal box with foil tape and thumb grade caulking. Because of the design of this box, it is a dust magnet being in the condenser airstream. Foam tape the terminal sheet metal cover also.

Can I guess that there may be road/building construction going on nearby?
