wtf
3 comp rack med temp Oil leak on flare fitting going into oil regulator repflare. All good x 2 days. Bam same problem, change copper line and new flare nut. All good x 2 days and it happend again. Im going crazy....

This may seem like a dumb question, but are you burring out the tubing before you make a flare?

Using oil on flare, before and after flaring? Try a new nut.

Three things...
1: Too much elbow greese when tighting those flares. lol
2: Vibration issue, which i doubt cause it would've been noticable
3: Same flare nut used, maybe bad flare nut.
bonus one: forgot to tighten flare nut !!! LOL when ya tired things happen.

Drop of loctite? Would eliminate flarenut loosening.

Go buy a factory flare with an extension and nut on it already and braze in the connection.

how long is this line ? Make a longer one and coil it in a couple of circles to absorb vibration.
