    Large Retail Service Manager

    Hello. I am a Service Manager for a large retail company. We use both in house, and outside service for HVAC (primarily commercial package), De-humidification, supermarket refrigeration (RACKS) and EMS. I will be happy to provide advice on any of these systems, and can provide the companies reasoning behind some of the decisions that outside service techs often scratch their head at.
